What is Maths Rocks, and how did it come about?
To bring back the joy of learning maths!
We want to see teachers and children excited at the thought of their upcoming maths lesson. We want them to look forward to tackling puzzles, playing games, and spotting patterns.
We want children to develop confidence with numbers, and be able to combine them in interesting ways without having to resort to counting on.
We want children to be proud of themselves as mathematicians – and to use what they already know in new contexts.
